Mornings: Strive To Get It Right

Getting your mornings right can be challenging sometimes but going through the stress to make the most of your mornings is worth it.

Each morning is like a fresh dew fallen into your hand to be controlled by you and if you don’t have adequate plans for it, the day will control you instead.

This morning is a new day, it is not called Yesterday or Tomorrow, it is called Today and every minutes or seconds that tick this very day will never ever be seen but it can be historical if used properly. It can be an addition to somebody’s life or universe if not used carelessly.

Do you really want to have a great day?

Do the following:

* Don’t grab your phone first thing in the morning: Browsing your smartphone as soon as you wake up can be so distracting and this can get hold of your entire mornings before you hurriedly go to work.

* Meditation: This has to do with focusing on a particular thought and see life through the scribble words. Meditation can make you have a healthy habit and make you to stay positive. This prepares you for the unforseen battles you will need to handle during the day.
Reading the Holy Bible and having a deep thought on some scriptures nourishes the soul and spirit, this can be a life changing process.

“All that we are is the result of what we have thought, what we think we become” – Buddha

” For as he thinketh in his heart, so is he” Prov 23: 7- KJV

* Prayers: Africans believe so much in the supremacy of God and this to us is everything. Praying is like committing the entire day to God and this is a good thing. When a prayer is offered there is a certain peace you have in your spirit that your entire day is already bless by God.

* To Do List : Scribbling down what you want to achieve for the day and sticking to it is like holding your day’s control button and making it go the way you want it to go. It is like being your own boss for the day. This gives you sense of direction and makes you have a fulfilled day.

* Exercise: Letting go of some fats is sure good for your body and this is healthy.

Anybody that wakes up aimlessly is bound to throw himself out there in this crazy world and to avoid this, you need to intentionally make the best of your mornings.
